There was a workplace track at Momentum which is why Transform Work UK were keen to exhibit in the Tool Shed highlighting Christian Professional and Workplace Groups. Workplace speakers were Ben Collins, Ken Costa and Mark Greene. ..

We had an excellent time on the TWUK stand. Many thanks to the team of volunteers, Esther, Lottie and Richard. It was great to see young adults wanting to be hooked up with other Christians in their places of work and to pray with individuals going through hard times at work.

Thank you to all who filled out Keeping In Touch forms and also wrote on our t-shirts and the Flip Chart stand. You can also see the results of the survey and also some case studies.

Military Christians www.militarychristians.org.uk Nathan is part of the Naval Christian Fellowship and was helping to man the Military Christians stand at Momentum. “I’ve got some great friend at home who are Christians and they are lovely but they don’t get what it’s like to work in the Navy in the weird environments we find ourselves in, but guys in the NCF obviously do know what it’s like and what we’re going through….”
Naval Christian Fellowship Jonathan has been in the Navy for over 7 years now. He joined when he was 18. He had just made a commitment to follow Jesus and his parents encouraged him to join the Naval Christian Fellowship for support and encouragement in his faith. On board ship you are surrounded 24/7 by colleagues – where do you find time to read your bible and pray? Answer is on this V-blog!
Christian Medical Fellowship Elizabeth is a Medical Student and part of the CMF group in Liverpool. She says “CMF is really good at branching being a Christian and a medical student together…” Find out how on this V-blog!
On the TWUK stand at Momentum Ros Turner and Lottie meet with Steve Martin. Thanks to Mark Greene who supplied the badges which stand for 'Full Time Christian Worker.
Armed Forces Christian Union Anna is an officer in the Royal Logistics Core. As a Christian and female the Army could be a tough environment to work in but Anna says “The main thing is to do what God has called you to do, and if the Army is where God’s called you – it’s a great place to be…” Find out more.
