How do I start a Christian Workplace Group?

Starting a CWG booklet small
If your organisation doesn’t have a Christian Workplace Group, then starting one couldn’t be easier. Click here to download a FREE booklet on how to set up a Christian Workplace Group.

At Transform Work we support the development of Christian Workplace Groups from the initial stages of individuals coming together to form a group through to enabling formal recognition for an established Christian group. As they are at various stages we call them all Christian Workplace Groups. However once a group has receIved formal recognition they often become known as a Staff Network Group or an Employee Resource Group (ERG).

Prayerfully take your time to follow the advice below.
