Happy Easter Logo Bugs
A creative idea for celebrating Easter in council offices...
This lunchtime in our Christian Workplace Group we discussed how we could celebrate Easter with our colleagues at work. We wanted to do something different and memorable and fun that would last. Easter eggs are great but they get eaten and forgotten... we wanted to give away something that would last.
One of our members came up with an idea of giving away colourful fun sticky logo bugs and on the tail we could write a message. Perhaps ‘I love you’ – (signed) Jesus, with a pic of the 3 crosses. How about ‘God is with me’. Or maybe ‘God help me!’. After much discussion and prayer we decided to use the wording 'God loves even me!' on our logo bug!
These will then, with permission from management, be placed in baskets in the foyers of our offices / depots. Of course we would also set out our customary chocolate eggs next to them!
We pray this simple idea communicates something of God’s love to our colleagues this Easter.
