| As iron sharpens iron, so we need fellow brothers and sisters in the workplace. |
| We need to rely on the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in our Christian Workplace Groups and not to go in our own strength. It is risky to think we can just jump into workplace ministry without being baptised with the Holy Spirit. |
| Christian workplace ministry is very sensitive - as we live and work for Jesus we can attract the enemy who wants to shut us down. Christian Workplace Groups need a strong bond between the members so they can grow strong. |

| Every workplace is a very spiritually complex place. Staff bring their god with them to the work. Christians are the most careless in knowing how to deal with the situations and circumstances they find themselves in. |
