Workplace Christmas Song
Why not pre-recorded a Christmas song from members of the Christian Workplace Group to the whole organisation. If your organisation has a choir ask them to pre record a carol / song or join in with yours. Here's an example from Thames Water's virtual carols from last Christmas.
