Follow the Path!

Steve Matthews sqWe're excited that our new ambassador for Liverpool and Merseyside, Steve Matthews, was interviewed on Premier Radio recently about his story of living out his Christian faith at the workplace and of leading a Christian Workplace Group (CWG) at Sefton Council. Steve gives an excellent account of the importance of living for God in the workplace, how to start up a CWG, the value of and approach to seeking formal recognition through diversity structures, and the benefits CWGs can bring to an organisation itself and to those who work there. It's well worth a listen! It is the very core of our mission. Find the link here.

TWUK Ambassador Team Leader Elizabeth Ukiomogbe looks at an example from nature of the eagle. The clipping of the wings of an eagle by a skilled veterinarian helps the bird develop and strengthens many of its abilities. So too should we as Christians in the workplace be subject to the skilled pruning of God, the master craftsman. Elizabeth looks at how God shapes us here.
