Inclusion in the Organisation's Induction Process

Many larger workplaces have a formal induction process, where people joining the organisation are given briefings or information packs which tell them how the organisation is organised, and the facilities that are available to staff. Getting the Christian group included in the induction process, in particular, in the employee information pack, is a really good way of ensuring that everyone joining the organisation is aware of the existence of the group. Induction activities are usually arranged by HR, who should be approached to ensure the CWG is included.
